The total delivery time is divided into two parts:

This refers to the time taken for the order to travel from our fulfillment centre to your delivery address. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your pincode and the items ordered.
Our standard delivery time is 3–5 business days.

Please note: Orders to Jammu & Kashmir and North-Eastern states may take longer than usual due to location and logistics constraints.

Refund Policy : At Nuera, the refund process depends on the nature of the issue. If you are not satisfied with the product, you may request a return within 3–5 business days of delivery, and upon successful inspection, you will receive a 50% refund to your original payment method and 50% as store credit, which is non-transferable and can be used only on Nuera.in. 

In case you receive a wrong, damaged, or missing item, the issue must be reported within 7–10 business days along with a mandatory unboxing video showing the sealed package and complete opening process. After verification and receipt of the returned product, you can opt for either a 100% refund or a replacement. Refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days after inspection, and the amount is credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Please note that refunds may not be processed if the claim lacks proper proof, falls outside the specified timeframe, or if misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity is suspected. Nuera.in reserves the final right to approve or reject any refund request.

Customers must initiate returns within the specified timeframe of 3–5 business days for dissatisfaction cases and 7–10 business days for wrong, damaged, or missing items. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with complete original packaging. All returns are subject to verification, and thenuera.in reserves the right to refuse returns if the product is found used, altered, or not in its original condition. 
Customers are responsible for securely packaging the product for return, as Nuera.in is not liable for items damaged or lost during return transit. Any return request that does not meet the policy conditions or is made beyond the allowed time-frame may not be accepted. In case of disputes, the final decision will be made by thenuera.in and the policy may be updated without prior notice.

1-Year Plating Warranty

At Nuéra, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. Every piece comes with a one-year plating warranty, covering any unusual tarnishing, discoloration, or blackening that may occur under normal usage conditions.

This warranty specifically covers issues related to plating, including discoloration, tarnishing, or blackening within one year from the date of purchase. However, it does not extend to stones or embellishments, nor does it cover physical damage such as scratches, breakage, or wear caused by external factors. Damage resulting from exposure to water, perfumes, chemicals, or improper storage is also excluded from this warranty.

In the event of a valid warranty claim, we will assess the product and, wherever possible, offer a repair or replacement of the same item. If the original piece is unavailable, we will provide an appropriate resolution in the form of store credit or a partial adjustment at our discretion. The value of any store credit issued will be determined on a pro-rata basis, depending on the duration of product usage. For instance, if a product has been used for approximately six months, up to 50% of the original purchase value may be offered as store credit.

Please note that this warranty is applicable only under normal usage conditions, and each product is eligible for a one-time warranty claim.
